Refund & Exchange Policy – NuttyBuddy® Guarantee (Revised)

At NuttyBuddy®, we want you to feel confident trying our system — because fit and comfort matter.

If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase of a NuttyBuddy® athletic cup (Classic or Flex), compression shorts, jock, shirts, or hats, we’ll make it right with a refund or exchange. Just contact us with your order number and let us know how we can help.

What’s Allowed (and Encouraged)

• You may open the package and try items on for fit.

• Light try-on for sizing and comfort is completely okay.

• Exchanges are common — especially for first-time customers.

A Few Important Guidelines

• Applies to your first unworn product of each type, per customer

• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn beyond fit testing, unwashed, and free of odors or signs of gameplay

• Products used in games, practices, workouts, or extended wear are not eligible for return

Shipping & Returns

• If we made an error (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover return shipping (lower 48 states)

• If the return is due to sizing or customer selection, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved

• If the original order qualified for free shipping, the replacement shipment is free

Processing

• Refunds/exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receipt

• Gift cards are non-refundable

• Returns must be authorized before sending items back
