Shipping Policy
NuttyBuddy Inc. will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders will ship within two business days, except during U.S. federal holiday periods. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The Order Total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.
Please consider rare extreme weather conditions that may change the estimated delivery of your order.
Please note that orders may not be shipped to certain places or geographical areas.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. NuttyBuddy, Inc. is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
Returns
NuttyBuddy® Guarantee
If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of NuttyBuddy® athletic cup (Classic or Flex), compression shorts, jock, shirts and hats, we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange the product. Just Contact Us with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund for the product or an exchange to get something more comfortable.
If after 30 days you are still not satisfied with our NuttyBuddy® athletic cup (Classic or Flex), see our Product Disclaimer page.
- Only applies to your first unworn product [of each type], per customer.
- All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- If you choose to replace a NuttyBuddy® product, we will ship the item to you free of charge.
- For all other returns and exchanges, please see our standard return policy below.
Our Standard Return Policy
Returns are authorized for unworn Products with all tags and labels attached.
Where a Product is pre-authorized for return, you can return to NuttyBuddy, Inc. Please contact us with your order number to request a return by mail.
- Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hang tags attached and in original packaging.
- IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped from the lower 48 states. You'll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email once you contact us.
- If the return is a customer error, the customer will pay freight for the return of the product. If it is an exchange of a product of the same value (customer ordered wrong size or product), customer will pay for freight for the return of the product. Customer will receive a refund for product only and will need to place a new order on our site for the exchange. Shipping fee not refundable.
- IF THE VALUE OF THE PURCHASE MEETS OR EXCEEDS OUR FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD, THE SHIPMENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER IS AT NO CHARGE.
- Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange for the product purchased will be processed within 10 business days.
- Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from NuttyBuddy.com. If you purchase our product from another site, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.
Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please contact us to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back or attempting to return an item in-store.
If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used product or unauthorized return be returned to you.
