THROW HARD (Guest story by Brian Givens)

One night, I needed to start warming up in the bullpen in New Orleans. My bullpen catcher, Mike Stefanski wasn't ready so Big County (Mark Littell) jumped up to warm me up.  I was 15-20 throws into my warm-up when Big Country shook his head. Just as I released the next pitch, he pulled off his catcher's glove and caught my 82mph-pitch barehanded! WTF!  

He just tossed the ball aside and said, "Whenever you're ready to start lettin' it go, I'll put my glove back on."  Talk about a crazy m'fer!
